While Joe was cleaning out the boat it started to downpour. The boys took it as a chance to play in the warm rain. They even pulled out their fishing poles to practice in the "river".
I let Andrew play with the hose while Joe was washing the cars and I may have told him to spray Daddy. I accidentally left the hose on so high that it nearly nocked Joe off of the back of the truck. Joe was not very happy with me, but we all ended up soaked and having fun.
Here is his class lining up after playground time.
That's a happy boy!
He even shared his ice cream with Andrew.
Joey had a great time at preschool this year. His teachers were wonderful and he got along well with his classmates. He had quite a few friends that were in his class from last year. I definitely think he will miss it this summer.
Joe has been home two weeks now, but I just got these pictures tonight and had to share them. A sweet friend from church, Mary Lewis, came and took pictures for us. She did a great job and I am so pleased to be able to have these memories to keep.
Daddy finally made it home from his deployment and the boys decided to team up and initiate him back into the family. He was trying to relax on the couch and they picked on him like crazy. No rest for the weary!
The homecoming was wonderful and we are so happy to have Daddy home. Mary Lewis was so sweet and came down to take pictures for us, so I should have some to share soon.
